Job Details

Elite Investigations is seeking experienced and reliable Security Officers to join our growing team in the Far Rockaway, NY area. As a Security Officer , you will be held to above-quality standards as a server of our surrounding communities.

Being a Security Officer , you must attain exceptional customer service skills, while striding in your confident presence with our clients. You must also have the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly, effectively, and efficiently.

As a Security Officer with our company, you will be responsible for initiating and completing daily reports in addition, to reporting any emergencies. As a talented team member, you will command a high-standing presence when posted at our sites. Some of the other duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities listed below. We are looking for Security Officers to maintain safety and order at a residential complex.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors entering and leaving the building

• Provide escort services as needed

• Monitor the different areas by utilizing CCTV

• Maintain Order by strategizing access control of the lines and making sure exterior spaces are kept clear

• Verbally de-escalating issues that may arise while on duty and reporting all abnormal occurrences promptly.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active NYS Security License

• 1-year security experience

• MUST be able to work weekends

• • Working one-weekend shift is a MUST

• Willing to complete De-escalation training

Schedules:

Part-time & Full-time positions available

• 0030x0830 hrs

• 1630x0030 hrs

• Weekends required

Compensation: Compensation for this role is determined by position title and location. The pay rates are fixed and not subject to negotiation.
