Production Worker

Job Duties

• Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and shop math skills to cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately.

• Perform machining tasks and assemble components according to technical requirements.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all fabrication activities to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conduct dimensional measurements for quality assurance throughout the production process.

• Maintain an organized workspace, manage inventory of hand tools and materials, and support warehouse operations as needed.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required

• Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments involving machining or composite material handling.

• Proficiency operating power tools and hand tools.

• Knowledge of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of assembly processes and machining techniques.

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
