Assists with answering telephones, relaying messages, and preparing reports. Sorts, files, retrieve and maintains documents. Provides health care for patients under the direction of a nurse.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Answers telephones.

  2. Relaying message.

  3. Prepares reports.

  4. Sorts, files, retrieves and maintains records and other documents.

  5. Directing, Patients, visitors and other guests to their destination.

  6. Participates in performance improvement activities.

  7. Performs other related duties as required and directed.

  8. Assists patients under their care with day-to-day tasks, playing a vital support role.
