Secondary Special Education Teacher ~ Probationary Appointment Marion Jr-Sr High School NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities, Grades 7-12 Required, Preferred K-12 Effective: 9/3/2026 Work Hours: 7:25 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Job Qualifications
Marion Jr./Sr. High School is seeking a certified teacher of Special Education 7-12. Supplemental certification areas are preferred, but not required. Marion has established a strong tradition of being a top-performing school within the region. Its special education department is skilled at supporting students with disabilities to achieve successful outcomes. To fulfill the vision of being the leader in growing future-ready generations, Marion is seeking a dedicated and skilled special education instructor. Candidates certified in other areas who are interested in pursuing a certification in Special Education will be considered.
