Position Summary: Assists with the management of the day-to-day operations of the community. Supervises employees, provides support, and mentors employees to achieve successful outcomes. Build relationships, provide care and support to the residents and work with the families to meet the needs of seniors. Work Experience Qualifications

  • Must 18 years of age or older
  • We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Educational Qualifications

  • A High school diploma or equivalent
