Position Summary

The Manager, Scrum Master Delivery, is responsible for managing all aspects of technology initiatives to successful completion. Responsible for providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, initiative health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure goals are met.

  • Oversee initiatives of regarding, cost, time-constraints, internal and external staffing; allocate appropriate resources to meet timely completion of specific initiative tasks.

  • Manage Product teams handling all aspects of solution delivery, utilizing Agile methodologies

  • Oversee Agile processes and promote the use Agile best practices and methodology

  • Ensure delivery of initiatives are on time, on budget and fall within organizational performance targets.

  • Ensure that initiative management approaches are consistent, measurable, and aligned with corporate standards, Scrum and Agile best practices.

  • Manage change and promote continuous improvement of change management processes.

  • Lead manager over several initiatives within the business and IT, using Scrum and Agile methodologies

  • Identify improvement opportunities to optimize execution speed and effectiveness

  • Track and communicate overall team progress

  • Ensure initiative scope, schedule, budget, quality and associated metrics are available, accurate, and meet corporate standards and guidelines.

  • Vet business case development and realization of benefits analysis.

  • Lead team in identifying opportunities to optimize execution speed and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years work experience

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
