Job Description

BEUMER Corporation seeks a Test Manager in Somerset, NJ to conduct all testing and related commissioning activities onsite at it relates to BEUMER’s baggage handling solution deployment and execution within North America, including commissioning resource allocation and full scope program of work. Requirements: At a minimum, 5 years' experience in the job offered or a related occupation; 5 years’ experience working with Independent Carrier Systems (ICS) for airport baggage handling, including direct and related commissioning experience; experience with both high-level and low-level control activities; and experience working with scheduling software/schedulers for detailed internal and external test sequencing and planning. The position requires domestic travel within the United States only, but the exact locations, duration, and frequency of travel vary greatly depending on business needs and the specifics of BEUMER's projects for its airport customers. Assignments to work at specific project locations are subject to frequent and sudden changes with multiple assignments sometimes running in parallel. BEUMER has customers in various locations throughout all regions of the United States. The position assignments can be short- or long-term (weeks to years), but as projects close, there is reassignment back to a BEUMER office location or another project location. Salary: $134,000/yr.
