Warehouse Manger Location: Fort Campbell, KY City Light & Power (CLP) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our client site, Fort Campbell, KY. CLP has built a reputation as an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader. We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as outdoor street, sport, and other recreational lighting. The Warehouse Manager will manage the day-to-day operations, performing daily inventory accuracy, and adhering to the company and department policies and procedures; direct the flow of materials for optimal productivity while maintaining levels of quality, accuracy of inventory, and overall safety. Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. * Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. * Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. * Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system and reporting directly to the Finance department. * Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. * Complete warehouse operational requirements by maintaining procurement scheduling. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Ensure compliance with safety policies and guidelines at all times. * Control and manage all inventory processes and issues as needed. * Report on full cycle of inventory * Responsible for equipment maintenance and di-electric testing schedules * Maintain warehouse cleanliness through consistent monitoring and ensuring that all products are accounted for and in their proper place. * Work with the distribution and allocations to ensure proper product quantities are delivered. * Prepare job packages for crew and contractor work being done on base. * Maintain a tool inventory on site for daily use and availability to other installation when needed. * Maintain PPE and rubber goods at assigned location. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Skills and Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required * Five to seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations * Forklift experience required. * CDL is required in order to handle equipment and material delivery needs. * Work well without direct supervision. * Must be customer-oriented with a professional demeanor. * Knowledge of electrical utility work/equipment is preferred. * Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with ability to multitask. * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: * You must be a US Citizen. * You will be required to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance. * A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) is required.
