Dispatcher

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule ready mix concrete deliveries to meet customer and project requirements.

• Communicate with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations.

• Monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and production demands.

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving delivery issues and responding to inquiries promptly.

• Maintain accurate dispatch records, order information, and operational communications.

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative approach.

• Proficiency with dispatch, scheduling, or transportation management systems and related technology.

• Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely, informed decisions.

• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based within a ready mix operations setting.

• Frequent interaction with drivers, plant personnel, customers, and operations teams.

• Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.

• May require flexibility in work schedules to support business and customer needs.
