This role is rooted in hospitality, you bring the warmth, presence, and attention to detail that makes an office feel exceptional rather than just functional. Whether you come from corporate hospitality, front-of-house background or office management, what matters most is that you genuinely care about the experience of every person who walks through the door. Beyond the front-of-house, this is also a role with growth. You'll take on broader responsibility across operations, vendor management, and events, supported by an experienced global team spanning Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Yerevan, and beyond. For the right person, this is a springboard into a well-rounded workplace career. What You'll Do

  • Own the front-of-house experience: visitor management, space readiness, hospitality setup, and daily presentation standard.
  • Keep the hub running smoothly behind the scenes: supplies, maintenance coordination, and building management liaison.
  • Support employee experience touchpoints including new hire onboarding tours, internal events, and workplace communications.
  • Serve as the on-site anchor for the North America remote service desk, triage and resolve Jira tickets, escalating when needed and keeping employees informed.
  • Uphold and evolve Miro's office policies, visitor experience standards, and operational guidelines for the Austin hub.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors end-to-end, schedule, follow through, and catch issues before they become visible problems

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in workplace operations, hospitality, office coordination, or a customer-facing role, mindset matters more than years.
  • A natural hospitality mindset, you thrive on delivering great service and creating welcoming, people-first experiences, able to make anyone feel at ease, from a new hire on day one to leadership
  • Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple requests, stay ahead of the day, and follow through without being chased.
  • Clear, professional communication, written and verbal, comfortable at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day can look different. You anticipate needs before they're voiced and take initiative to keep the environment thriving.
  • Full-time, on-site availability in Austin, TX, five days a week, this is a front-of-house role by design
  • You enjoy creating great spaces and moments that bring people together.
