About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Partner Success Representative to join our Account Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities, and takes pride in keeping teams running smoothly. You'll manage your own book of business while also playing a critical support role across the broader Account Management function.

Key Responsibilities Account Management

  • Own and manage a portfolio of small accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day needs, relationship management, and growth opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business to proactively identify needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Track account activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular updates on account health and performance

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee and manage shipping schedules across the Account Management team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between account managers and logistics/operations teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and flag potential delays

Team Administration

  • Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Account Management team, including maintaining shared calendars, tracking deliverables, and coordinating internal processes
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting materials, and team communications as needed
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency

Account Manager Coverage

  • Act as a reliable backup for Account Managers when they are out of office, ensuring seamless continuity of service for partners and internal stakeholders
  • Quickly get up to speed on active accounts and open items to minimize disruption during coverage periods

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly, both internally and with partners
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and standard business tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with logistics or shipping coordination
  • Familiarity with channel sales or partner programs
