Job Description
Reports to: Manager - Supply Chain Management
Job Function
-
Analyze supply chain operations and identify improvement opportunities.
-
Develop KPI dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
-
Support forecasting, inventory analysis, and business planning.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain performance and compliance.
-
Lead relationships with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
-
Support procurement, inventory control, and product launch activities.
-
This position is an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
-
Review and reconcile warehouse, transportation, and freight invoices. Lead transportation and logistics process improvement initiatives. Manage 3PL and freight partner performance and resolve operational issues. Analyze and report supply chain KPIs, trends, and operational performance. Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of reference samples. Review and reconcile warehouse, transportation, and freight invoices

Monitor order processing, shipment execution, and backorder management.

Liaison between 3PL customer service and AdvaGen accounting as well as Pricing & Contracts for any pricing and deduction-related orders, shipping issues, or other

Coordinate new product launches and customer onboarding activities.

Monitor inventory, product expiry, and cold-chain compliance.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentation.

Partner with Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications
-
A Bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced degree
-
At least 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical industry
-
Demonstrates excellent skills in analytical reasoning with a high degree of skill and accuracy working with calculations and numbers
-
Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry desired
-
Ability to work individually, with a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
-
Strong computer skills, including forecasting applications, database management tools, spreadsheet application, report writing and presentation tools
