Job Title: Consultant - Project Control

Location: 350 Mount Kemble, Morris Township, NJ 07960

Duties: Evaluate the scope for deploying AI solutions in projects, train and deploy AI models to support project needs, maintain AI models for data updates and distribution across the business unit, and train AI bots to communicate with the Project Management team regarding project data for streamlined deployment across the unit. Review project financials and report on KPI's to management. Leverage digital tools for project management by developing data dashboards to track key project KPIs, profitability, and financial reporting. Maintain project-related files and documents. Preparation of written correspondence and presentations related to Digital Tools in Project Management, as directed by Local Business Line Leaders, District Leads and Regional Operation Lead. Identify and resolve problems that require the development of new and improved techniques and procedures by analyzing existing business processes for inefficiencies, conducting high level assessments to determine automation potential, and performing in-depth process analysis to guide the implementation of optimized, automated solutions. Salary $95,756.54. Standard corporate benefits.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year foreign degree is accepted) in any field plus 2 years of experience as a Project Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or related. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Experience must include: Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create and maintain dashboards for project performance monitoring and Automating reporting. Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps & Robotics Process Automation to streamline project workflows. Integrate Microsoft AI Builder and AI Agent technologies to enhance project management processes and decision-making.
