The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for a Rental Coordinator. The starting pay will be 30.00 an hour. Monday through Friday 8 am to 5pm. We are looking for an individual to become part of our amazing team that will feel like family. We are happy to say that our employees have a work life environment. As a Rental Coordinator you will have a variety of responsibilities so things will never be boring! You will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing rentals, Take payments, Interaction with customers, over the phone, email and in person. This individual will be required to work alone and as part of a team. Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and the ability to be comfortable with learning and using other computer software. Most of the time, the individual will work out of the office but their will be times when this job will require checking on stock in the warehouse and taking inventory in the warehouse. You will have to work 3 times a year for rental inventory which will include 3 Friday evenings and 3 Saturdays a year. New Haven Rental Equipment consists of Moving Equipment Rental such as Panel Carts, Machine Moving Equipment, Piano Moving Equipment, Office Machine and Library Carts, Ecrates, just to name a few. New Haven offers are employees benefits (medical, dental, vision and life insurance) the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
