This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Laboratory Systems and Response, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Basic Qualifications: Applicants for the 2210 Information Technology Management series at the GS-12 grade level must have Information Technology (IT) related experience which demonstrates proficiency in the following competencies: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Developing and implementing low-code applications and automated workflows using Nintex, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve business operations; Applying IT planning and policy expertise to develop solutions and communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and leadership; and Providing IT support for data management, systems analysis, and software applications by resolving technical issues and delivering user guidance.
