Ready to build a solid future in welding? We’re hiring an Entry-Level MIG Welder to join our fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to grow in a stable, in-demand trade—this is your opportunity.

You’ll help create high-quality steel and aluminum components used in products like storage systems and climbing equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate MIG welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts

  • Set up machines, adjust settings, and replace wire spools and tips

  • Read blueprints and follow work instructions

  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Load/unload parts on production lines

  • Grind and clean welds as needed

  • Track daily production and report material shortages

  • Report equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic MIG welding experience (entry-level candidates encouraged!)

  • Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
