Position Summary:
This position is responsible for proper cleaning, routine maintenance, storage and staffing of golf cars for daily use and special events.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Delivers and receives golf bags, cleans and maintains patron clubs and equipments and assists with loading and unloading of golf bags

Maintains a clean and organized bag room
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Assists with delivering driving range equipment, as needed
-
Assists with other related duties, as needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Must have a working knowledge of golf operations
-
Must be physically able to lift, carry and deliver golf bags and driving range equipment in a timely fashion
-
Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Training Requirements:

Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures

Working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
-
Must be able to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
