Job Description
Develop dashboards based on decentralized data. reporting, supply chain, finance, or clinical operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA), SQL, PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules, Microsoft PowerPoint and Access, as well as Tableau or similar data visualization tools is required.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Lean process improvement methodologies, workflow design, statistical process control, and project management, coupled with exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate can effectively translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred
3+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, supply chain, finance, or clinical operations role.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Access.
Experience using PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
Knowledge of Lean process improvement methodologies, workflow design, statistical process control, and project management.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and influencing decision-makers.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
