As a Security Officer Full Time in Titusville, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Bring strong communication and customer service skills while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a healthcare-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues.

Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements; document entries and direct individuals to appropriate locations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established procedures.

Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence and following confidentiality expectations.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
