Employment Type: Part time Shift: Night Shift

Description: Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Radiology Technologist to join our Radiology team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for everyone that walks through our doors.

Position Purpose

The staff member is responsible for generating radiographic examinations utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment under the direction of the ordering physician and/or radiologist.

What you will do

  • The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of a recognized program in Radiologic Technology. Associate's Degree preferred.

  • Licensure : Connecticut State Licensure.

  • Certification : Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Registry-eligible candidates must pass the ARRT exam within 90 days of hire.

  • CPR Certified
