Light Assembly - Wire Harness 4 day/10 hours 2nd Shift

Light Assembly - Wire Harness
Pay tops out at $23.50/hours (plus shift premium for 2nd shift)
Responsibilities:

Assemble lift truck components including Wire & Cable Harnesses and other Light Sub-Assemblies.

Read and follow work instructions and other assembly guides.

Follow all Safety and Ergonomic programs and guidelines.

Perform basic quality checks as required.

Operate and perform basic setup on assembly equipment.

Participate in team based continuous improvement activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
-
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment.
-
Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality.

Per 8-10 hr. shift (walk/stand up to 10 hrs. or sit up to 10 hrs.) frequently (work with arms outstretched and work above chest level). Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (frequently from 0 to 15 lbs.; occasionally from 16 to 45 lbs.). Must be able to see, distinguish colors, do continuous firm pinch grip, frequent fine manipulating with both hands, and use feet to operate foot controls. Must be able to work with vibratory tools. Must be able to work in an environment that includes exposure to moving machinery, heat and temperature changes, hot parts, dust, oil, solvents, solder, metals, and adhesives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Read blueprints, basic math, reason, remember and analyze.

2nd shift: Hours for this position are 3:00pm - 1:10am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
