Custodial Worker NA-02

This position is located at JBLM MWR Outdoor Recreation. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade and to keep the assigned work area neat and clean. 2. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Cleans, mops and vacuums rooms, halls, flights of stairs, and different territories. Uses and maintains industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. Cleans disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities,. Cleans and dusts assigned areas and empties trash. Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Performs other duties as assigned.
