Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing leadership, management, policy, program, and resource management for family support programs or clinical counseling programs; 2) Facilitating multiple program services such as family advocacy, new parent support, clinical counseling, and crisis response emergency management; 3) Directing use of fund resources to ensure delivery of programs and services provided; 4) Maintaining professional contacts with both private and public organizations to develop, implement, or establish programs and operating parameters. You will assess the services provided by staff members to verify quality care is provided to service members and their families. You will determine facts and conditions of various life conditions to draw conclusions as to underlying causes or contributing factors of client problems. Security clearance required: Secret
