PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Information Technology Command & Control Department of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Skill in oral and written communication to interpret policies and guidelines, provide advice and guidance to customers, and represent the organization in interactions with other organizations. 2) Organization's IT infrastructure as it relates to the organization's business processes; to provide services that facilitates the application of IT assets to the accomplishment of business requirements. 3) Knowledge of the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program. 4) Develop and maintain inventory and financial records via automated systems and electronic means. 5) Knowledge of program management functions to include: gathering, compiling, and presenting data via briefings and/or static displays. 6) Knowledge of building management procedures, to include trouble ticket submission.
