SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1.) Receiving, reviewing, and monitoring incoming requisitions and verifying availability of material;2.) Contacting various Item Managers for release of material, customers, other supply organizations, transportation services and vendors to obtain material information, and to expedite delivery of critical material to the customer; 3.) Performing causative research for material discrepancies, reviewing transaction histories, receipt documents to determine the cause of discrepancies; 4.) Processing issues, receipts and research in various supply information systems; 5.) Preparing, processing, and submitting requisitions, in the appropriate database, for the customer as needed to support various logistics evolutions; 6.)
