About the Role: Anytime Fitness in Charlotte, NC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Team Member to help keep four of our Charlotte locations clean, safe, and welcoming for members every day. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of gym floors, equipment, bathrooms, mirrors, and common areas

• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces including machines

• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and hygiene stations throughout the facility

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners on a regular schedule

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and shower areas

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

• Ensure the facility meets health and safety cleanliness standards at all times Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work 20 hours per week, approximately 5 hours dedicated to each location each week
