WARFARE AND MARITIME FIRES LEAD ADVISOR

You will serve as a WARFARE AND MARITIME FIRES LEAD ADVISOR in the MARITIME OPERATIONS CENTER of MARITIME OPERATIONS CENTER. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) within a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) to integrate joint/maritime fires and Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE) into operational plans; developing strategic goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria; providing strategic briefings and authoritative advice to flag-level or senior executive leadership. You will serve as the principal staff advisor to the Director MOC for the coordination, integration, and synchronization of T-JFMCC fires and align targeting efforts with other major elements of the campaign/operation. You will coordinate fires and targeting requirements/issues with subject matter experts from other services/components. You will be responsible for managing the effects integration and production of TJFMCC Operational Plans support for Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations, Humanitarian/Disaster Relief Operations, and other emergent requirements. You will manage the development and coordination of supporting plans for deliberate and crisis action plans in support of Combatant Commanders' CONPLAN/OPLAN/FUNCPLAN objectives, focusing on Maritime and Joint Fires and Targeting Operations. You will establish MOC Fires and targeting goals and milestones, define supporting plan parameters, and implement broad technical policies. You will evaluate and monitor progress in attaining strike and support objectives and advise leadership on the accomplishment of readiness or supportability issues and the resolution of problems impacting operational maritime fires and targeting. You will be responsible for documenting and resolving T-JFMCC readiness, mobilization and logistics support effectiveness and Time Phased Force Deployment Document (TPFDD) requirements. You will develop and implement an initial and continuing maritime fires and targeting training program for the Maritime Fires Cell team.
