Pay & Shift Options

1st Shift

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

$18.00/hour

2nd Shift

Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

$19.80/hour

3rd Shift

Sunday- Thursday | 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

$19.80/hour

Optional weekend overtime available for additional earnings.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help build electronic products and server units in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load PCB/PCBA boards into SMT machines and monitor production activity

• Load and unload component reels while operating manufacturing equipment

• Keep production lines stocked with materials and components

• Assemble server units using hand and power tools

• Follow digital work instructions displayed on a computer screen

• Test completed products and document results

• Move finished products to designated areas

Qualifications

We're looking for reliable individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Comfortable completing a basic math assessment

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
