Full job description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. GS-09 Salary Range: $69,373 - $90,190 GS-11 Salary Range: $83,935 - $109,122 GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating program or management data to provide guidance and/or make recommendations for improvement; leading initiatives or participating in process improvement events; developing or managing the records and directives programs; procuring or assisting with procurement of supplies, equipment, services, and travel; or demonstrating knowledge and skills customizing software systems for administrative and data management tasks. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative support by evaluating program requirements for efficiency and effectiveness by participating in process improvement events; assisting with the management of records and directives programs; or procuring or assisting with procurement of supplies, equipment, services, or travel. You will evaluate the departments administrative, management, and technical processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with requirements. You will procure or assist department staff with procurement of supplies, equipment, services, and travel. You will develop and manage the department records and directives programs and serve as the department representative for command records and directives. You will coordinate department training programs by issuing training requirements, tracking training completion, and inputting completed training into training management systems. You will audit department records inventory, storage, and disposal to ensure compliance with requirements. Security clearance required: Secret
