POSITION SUMMARY:
Repair Tech B is responsible for identification and repairs of defects in boat surfaces.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Inspects completed fiberglass boat bodies, hulls, and parts for defects and blemishes.

Repairs boat body and hull defects by sanding, buffing, spraying, or dabbing.

Works in team to physically move boats in the production area.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred Degree: Trade, Tech or Vocational Education

Years of experience: Minimum 1 year in boat manufacturing

Skilled at using hand tools.
