Full job description
Shift: 2:45 PM-11:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $33.73 an hour + $.75 shift differential
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the operation and reliability of production and facility equipment at our Archbold, Ohio manufacturing plant. You will work independently and with the maintenance team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Shift Premium: .75 cents
Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm
A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, supporting production maintenance needs to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency
- Complete assigned work orders from supervisors or planners and document work in SAP
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
- Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and a clean and organized work environment (5S)
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices including sanitation, hygiene, and waste disposal
- Lead by example and support a collaborative team environment
Ingredients Required For Your Success
- 2-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment including programmable logic controllers, frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration systems, boiler systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Willingness to progress through Tradesman, Journeyman, and Craftsman levels based on hours and program requirements
Physical Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
