Converting Operator-3rd Shift

Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Converting Operator - Tier One to join their team. As a Converting Operator, you will be part of the Converting Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range:

$22.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.

• Conduct physical/visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Pack and palletize goods for shipment.

• Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime.

• Record production data accurately in the system.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Capability to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. unassisted.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work necessary overtime.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
