Housekeeping Aide

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center in Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our patient rooms, common areas, and facilities. About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning patient rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces

  • Emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking linens and supplies

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and dining areas

  • Assisting with laundry and linens as needed

  • Collaborating with the housekeeping team to complete tasks and ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
