Assembler I (Temp-to-Hire)

Richfield, WI | $20–$26/hr | 1st Shift | No Weekends

Looking for a hands-on role with growth potential? If you have experience in assembly, automotive, farming, or tool work, this is your chance to join a supportive team and build a career—no weekends required!

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

  • Overtime available before/after shift—never on weekends!

Job Duties:

  • Assemble mechanical parts and equipment on a production line

  • Follow detailed instructions and maintain product quality

  • Use hand tools and machinery

  • Keep workspace safe and organized

  • Complete basic paperwork and time records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable reading instructions and following safety rules

  • Experience in assembly, mechanics, or farm work is a plus

  • Steel-toed boots and safety glasses required
