SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FISCAL BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing audits on a variety of programs to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the programs; performing analysis and evaluation of all aspects of accounting and internal controls.. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organizational programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets, internal controls, and provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds. You will be the senior advisor in the budget branch and be responsible for financial management related duties. You will monitor changes made by the organization to ensure long range financial management concerns are addressed. You will evaluate and justify financial management adjustments through the Programming, Budget and Execution cycles. Security clearance required: Secret
