Production Operator I

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing industrial coatings, is seeking a Production Operator I to join their team. As a Production Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.

• Preparing materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.

• Working in a production environment with adherence to safety procedures.

• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

• Assisting with other production tasks as needed to support team goals.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
