Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and executing quality audits or surveillances of calibration or metrology operations; analyzing quality data and developing strategies to avert or mitigate product defects or unsatisfactory trends; and monitoring adherence to quality plans and requirements for test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment and systems.
