Job Description

The ideal candidate is a hands-on quality leader who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution in a demanding aerospace manufacturing environment. This individual will manage three direct salaried reports — including an NDT Level III engineer, a quality supervisor overseeing hourly inspection personnel, and a quality administrative assistant — with indirect responsibility for approximately 15 additional team members. Each day begins with a 30-minute product disposition meeting to review and resolve items on quality hold, followed by active participation in a daily management meeting led by the site manager. Beyond structured meetings, the Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving the facility's quality management system, managing internal and external audits, responding to customer and supplier requests, and serving as a backup for certificate issuance. This role reports directly to the site manager and carries a dotted-line relationship to a corporate quality manager based at another facility.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
