Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range: $17.35

Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am, OT as required

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications

• Study blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances

• Perform machine start-up, operation, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed

• Complete changeovers and material feedthrough tasks

• Inspect finished workpieces using gauges and calipers to ensure conformance

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
